Job Description:
Industrial real estate brokers provide professional representation of an owner’s property in the marketplace, counseling the owner as to the property value, creating a marketing program to find a qualified buyer, negotiating the sale on the owner’s behalf, and providing ancillary services to insure a smooth closing. In addition to representing the owner’s interests, the industrial real estate broker will also represent landlords, tenants and buyers, always careful to provide professional counsel and advice based on comprehensive knowledge of the standards and practices of the industry and current conditions.
